Im unable to connect to cloud even though my bolt is connected to a working internet connection and i hav also upgraded the Firmware. My Bolt Id is BOLT9172679 and my cloud email is firstname.lastname@example.org. Pls help me as soon as possible.

i have registered and the first time it worked fine,but the next time i try to change the status of my device from offline to online by view this product tab its showing an error "nt found".m stuck and i dont know what to do next
Hi @shwetathakur100,You need to link an HTML page or js code to your product. Click on product name -> Configure this product -> Code -> type your html code here and save it with .html extension.
