Access to training

I am not able to get access to training, even tho I have paid and it has been more than 2 days, but the payment status is not changed to paid

brother, I think that you have paid on cash on delivery ,so it takes 2-4 days to access the training course, So you will access it when the bolt gets informed about your payment status from the courier service. if you have any doubts feel free to contact the support team , Thank You

Our delivery partners have not updated us regarding the delivery of your kit. We will look into why this has happened.

Could you send us (at support@boltiot.com ) the photo of the kit that you received along with a photo fo the bill that was attached to the delivery box? This will help us confirm that you have indeed received the kit, and we will be able to share the course access with you. ‚Äč
