If none of the Bolt IoT websites are opening in your browser, but other websites are working follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
- Go to Sim Card and Mobile networks in your phone settings
- Choose the sim for which you are using mobile data
- Click on Access points names
- Click on selected access point to edit the setting.
- Change the APN protocol from IPv4/Ipv6 to IPv4
- Change the APN roaming protocol from IPv4/Ipv6 to IPv4
- Save the setting
- Restart your phone and all the Bolt websites should work.
