All Bolt IoT websites not opening but other websites are opening

If none of the Bolt IoT websites are opening in your browser, but other websites are working follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

  1. Go to Sim Card and Mobile networks in your phone settings
  2. Choose the sim for which you are using mobile data
  3. Click on Access points names
  4. Click on selected access point to edit the setting.
  5. Change the APN protocol from IPv4/Ipv6 to IPv4
  6. Change the APN roaming protocol from IPv4/Ipv6 to IPv4
  7. Save the setting
  8. Restart your phone and all the Bolt websites should work.

If Bolt IoT websites are not opening while other websites are accessible, try clearing your browser’s history and cookies, as this often resolves such issues. Additionally, if you are using a VPN, disable it and attempt to access the Bolt IoT websites again. These steps should help in resolving the connectivity problem.
