Arduino ide and bolt

How do I push code from arduino Ide to bolt ESP8266?
I am not using arduino hardware

@parijatkundu244
If arduino IDE supports python then it’s ok for you. But first you have to import Bolt python library. Then only you can push your code into it by providing Device ID and API key.

Hi @parijatkundu244,

Check this link https://docs.boltiot.com/docs/arduino-library

Do let me know in case you need any other information.

Actually I don’t want to push code into the arduino .
As I know that the bolt ESP8266 has a microcontroller so I want to push code into the module using arduino ide .I want to know which serial port should I connect to .

@parijatkundu244
There is no such serial port to connect. To push code you have to use the Bolt module device ID and API key using the bolt library. It will not take any code through any port.
