Bolt cloud issue

We are currently facing a issue on our Bolt Cloud and are working on deploying a fix for the same.

Although you will have access to cloud.boltiot.com , however control and monitoring of devices will be temporarily unavailable.

We deeply regret any inconvenience caused and will be back with an update on this issue soon.

Can you share the screenshot of the error ? Also check the below points.

  1. Open the https://cloud.boltiot.com in your laptop/desktop.
  2. Use the chrome browser for opening the https://cloud.boltiot.com
  3. Update your chrome browser to latest version.

Try doing the following and respond if it’s still not working:

  1. Update your Chrome/any browser to the latest version
  2. Don’t minimize while using it, always keep the screen resolution full
  3. Now open https://cloud.boltiot.com and see if it’s working
