Bolt device cloud light issue

i cant able to connect my bolt device to cloud,but the blue light is constantly lightening and its not blinking,and the green light is not displaying,what to do??
can anyone help me to sort out this problem…

Try again using another wi-fi network.

No green light means the network is having problem. So, try it with another internet source which sorts out the whole problem

first, u have to connect your mobile to an router network and the follow the steps that is given in the boltiot app!!! if u dont get the result…try it multiple times and if not try with another network!!

Even i have faced the issue and resolved it after referring the bolt forum. The steps followed are the following.

  1. First power up the bolt wifi module and ensure it is out of range from any wifi router.
  2. Install bolt app on smartphone and initially turn off the mobile internet network.
    Sign in to bolt mobile app and after logging in through gmail turn OFF your mobile data and hotspot if any,then click on ADD DEVICES .
  3. Complete above steps and select READY option,it will ask you to enable location, then u will get your Bolt device and the status will be showing as secured , then click CONTINUE .
    3.Then it will ask you to Add Network/setup VIA Hotspot , click on that option.
    4.You will be asked to enter SSID name and password, here you have to enter your mobile hotspot name and password and click the dialog box of " check if setting up via mobile hotspot".
    5.Click CONNECT option and then u will be asked to turn ON your hotspot, come back and again you will be asked to ON turn your mobile data.
    6.Then wait for your bolt module’s to show green led and with constant blue led light device ready to use.
    7.If there is some error popping up then go for troubleshoot and click skip option and continue with your project happily

This will enable bolt to connect to internet using mobile hotspot.
After that you can change the network by repeating the steps to connect to any other wifi resource. Initially connecting to any wifi network was a problem in my case as well and the above steps worked for me.
Ensure that mobile hotspot and other wifi resource are password protected as bolt connnects to password protected networks only.
