Bolt device is not showing in bolt cloud webpage

I have connected the bolt device to wifi (green light and blue light are stable) which I can see in bolt app but not able to view in webpage.
below is the screenshot attached for the same.


Well it worked for me.
Make sure that you have logged in with same account which is connected to your bolt app.
If you are using your mobile data for bolt app then use the same for your pc or Laptop.
Try connecting your bolt device through your computer.

just click on the ADD NEW DEVICE button and provide the Device ID to configure that’s it.
