Bolt device not connecting to network

both the lights are glowing when i connect a micro usb but the device is not connected to network how to reslove this?

Please cheak your speed of internet connection .
while connecting the IOT device the internet connection might be stable.
after establishing a successful connection you might lost internet connection but still connected to the router .
In this case the device is not recognized by IOT cloud or app.
So try again after some time.

the device does not connect to network but shows green and blue light and i tired switching off the router still the light glows and it doesnt even blink

Cheak if its connect to your mobile hotspot.


What is the status of the device on the cloud dashboard and on your mobile app?
