Unlink the Bolt device from account

How to remove bolt module device from cloud? … reply fast please


Use delete option in the right most corner

do you want to unlink your device??

you can do so, by opening the bolt cloud page and then devices, where the name of your device will appear, click on the three dots there. You will see a share option, click on that and you will get a dialog box showing a list of people shared with
NOTE: if you have shared your device with someone you have to first unshare it!
click on the x beside owner and done your device will be deleted!

I think if you are taking about unlinking the device then I can help you.
well you can do this simply by going on the boltiot cloud page and then devices where you will see name of your device there on side panel you will see a chain like icon if you have already linked to a product then simply click on it to remove the link.

Then can we again link to that device freshly, after unlinking it.

I am attempting to remove 3 modules from my account, so I can give them to someone else to use. When I navigate to Bold Cloud --> Devices --> 3 Dots --> Share, I only see this:

There is no option to remove the “owner” account. Please advise any additional steps that may be necessary. Thank you in advance.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Our update on the website missed out the part to unlink devices for Non-Pro users.

Are you willing to unlink your account? Share your cloud email ID so that we can do it manually from our side.

We’ll update the website to add the unlink for Non Pro Users ASAP.

Sorry to bother you again!
The device is still showing that its having a stable connection(Both green and blue lights are stable) although it’s removed from my cloud account I’m not able to link it with any other account
