I have connected the device using usb cable to my laptop and also installed the bolt iot app, I signed in but it is unable to locate the device in the app and also in the bolt cloud. But both the green and the blue lights are appearing on the device (not blinking…remaining constant)
Hi there. I had the same issue but only for the bolt cloud. I then used google chrome instead of Microsoft edge and I was able to locate the device on the cloud.
To locate the device in Bolt IoT app, opt for high accuracy from settings and try reconnecting.
If the problem persists then may be the module has some issue. In this case, get your module replaced.
@sush510sachinfan Try clicking the Retry button on the app. Otherwise, while on the app, switch off your wifi and switch on again and then try again.
