Bolt IoT Kit not yet received

I purchased the bolt IOT kit and training on 28.11.2020. But till date i didnt receive the kit and also not received tracking details of my kit. I would liked to know the details when it will be delivered. If necessary i will share the order details like order number, mail id, payment details. For that which share your communication mail id or phone number
