I have been using the BOLT iot for some time. Now it seems that it is not turning on. I have used the same Usb wire as provided and also another usb wire from my mobile phone. But no luck. Thinking that the bolt iot has somehow got bricked. It is under warranty. Please help me to sort out the issue.

Write a mail to support@boltiot.com requesting for a replacement of the device. Attach images along with as well.
Have pressed the microcontroller very hardly by unfortunetly or not, if so the module can get damaged and also be sure that your module is off when you connect your components.
And are you connecting your module in lab?, it is better to connect in power plug. Till your module is not get working please contact boltiot- support@boltiot.com
your bolt iot module is get damged.so send a mail to :support@boltiot.com and request them for replacement of module.
