Bolt kit was not yet picked and refund my money

I am Geetha.i have requested you to refund on March.but till now there is no respond from you for my request. I am requesting u to refund my money,and pick your bolt kit.

Apology for the delay in refund, but we are still facing the issue with pickup services because of the lockdown. I have informed the same to our operation team. Your amount will be refunded to your account once we receive kit at our warehouse.
