Once i power on the module both blue and green lights are ON without even connecting to wifi and it is not working.Checked with the wifi connectivity it is stable.

Change the wifi password/hotspot password of your network and follow the setup process again. Also record a video of Bolt setup and share it with us.

Please check if there is any loose contact in connection try to use another new USB cable and also check your wifi connection you will definitely get it.
