Bolt not connecting to cloud

Hello, my bolt suddenly disconnected from cloud, and now green light is not glowing…not connecting to the cloud, could anyone help please???

Now even the blue light wont glow, just after powering the bolt module on, the blue and green light glows for a fraction of second and thats it. Did it just blew up?
