Bolt not linked status is offline

I have problem in first step. I can’t understand how I will go further. Bolt module connect but not linked.

Authorisation Error
Error 403: disallowed_useragent

Above message is appeared when I will try to proceed further to connect to the smartphone hotspot

Hi @ProfVilas,

Can you share your Bolt device id with me? The name of the Bolt’s hotspot is the device id.

But now the problem is solved.
I think due to a slow internet connection (at home Laptop and smartphone by mobile data) this may happen.
This problem is solved when we connect with a college’s wifi connection (Desktop Computer and same Smartphone).
