After ifttt setup, my bolt is refusing to connect. After I completed setup for ifttt, I wanted to upload new code to it for thingspeak but the index page is not opening even the settings page is not opening

Are you sure the IP address of bolt hasn’t changed? Also is the Blue LED stable of continuously blinking?
