BOLT setup device not recognized

Continuing the discussion from Problem with connecting bolt device with Bolt app:

Sir im also facing the same issue. The blue and green light are stable on the device but the device isnt showing up on my app

Usually when device is showing blue and green light it means that device is connected.
Check if all your devices are connected to the same wifi network and turn off mobile data.
Follow the setup method from the videos again and try connecting. Sometimes it will connect after a few tries.

just retry again by plugging out and then plugging in …
if its shows stable conditions then just wait for a while for it to process…
