Im unable to connect to cloud even though my bolt is connected to a working internet connection and i hav also upgraded the Firmware. My Bolt Id is BOLT9172679 and my cloud email is email@example.com. Pls help me as soon as possible.

i have registered and the first time it worked fine,
but the next time i try to change the status of my device from offline to online by view this product tab its showing an error “nt found”.
