I searched the device on my bolt application on a mobile phone. Once it got connected to the cloud and then disconnected automatically and now both lights are on constantly but not visible on the phone and laptop both. Help me out with the same.
1-Try to change the bolt iot adapter
2-try to connect your PC with internet so that you can get bolt iot product online
3- before initiating the step 2 make sure that you have created product and at least one device is connected to it
