Cannot access pages from browser and even from app...help me out

Bolt is connected to my mobile hotspot and even the blue light is stable…but the problem is unable to access pages from browser after entering the ip address…and even in mobile app it shows that" enable your wifi adapter" Now why do i need to enable the wifi adapter actaully the bolt is connected to my hotspot.
When i connect my device to bolt default hotspot it works fine …
please help me out

Can you send a screenshot of your ip which you have scan from ip-scanner and is your laptop is connected to same wifi from which your BOLT is connected?Which mobile phone you are using?
