i was not able to access sample control device but my bolt device is connected.
Both blue and green LEDs are glowing constantly without any problem.
Can anyone please give me a solution for my problem…?
Check whether your mobile is connected to the device hotspot and check your device is turned ON.

In my mobile’s wifi networks there is no network named BOLT*.
And both blue and green and blue LEDs are glowing and in my bolt cloud account there is no device connected even though both LEDs are glowing steadily.
Can you please help me to sort out my problem…?
check the status of device at cloud.boltiot.com.
if its showing online then your device is already connected to a wifi network.
