Cannot connect to wifi

I am trying to connect the bolt device to the wifi, i have followed all the steps and it also shows the green light but after connecting to the hotspot the app is not going to the next step it is again showing to connect to the wifi/hotspot.

@mohammedmehfooz1097 Green light on the board indicates that Bolt Device is online and is connected to the cloud. Could you try relaunching your Bolt App? It should show your device with device status.

Turn OFF your mobile data and turn ON the wifi of the mobile on which you have downloaded the Bolt IoT Mobile App. Green light on the Bolt device should be stable.
