one thing that you can do is to restart the device out side the campus area and connect it to some mobile hot spot using boltiot app, and if it is not possible then try this: power up the device and open the boltiot app , press the add device option and from there you can connect it to the new host spot device like from another mobile .

ya i have tried the second method its not working and in my account it shows that no device is connected now.
Connect your phone to your college network and find the IP address of your Bolt device https://docs.boltiot.com/docs/via-wifi-network and after getting the IP address of your Bolt device type the below command in your mobile browser.
The above command will disconnet your Bolt from the college network and it till try to connect to home network.
