Can't access training after receiving device

I received a scholarship and placed my order on that day but after receiving the device I can’t access the training.

Which email id did you use while purchasing the training ? Also share your First Name and Last Name.

The same problem arises for me. I received a scholarship and placed my order on the same day after receiving the kit I can’t access the training courses.

Why ordering the Bolt kit, you used the below email id, that’s why you didn’t receive any email from us.
