Can’t get digitalocean droplets user id and password in the first place, but after reset root password im recieving mail of reset root pasword.
even though using that root password im getting declined to access.

Reset the password again from your digital ocean account. Then paste the newly received password in notepad and then again copy it from notepad to your putty and check if is working.

sorry for my late reply, yeah i tried but no change in access denied thing! did i made any mistake in start that can happen to a newbee?? or i have to make any changes or do try in another way.

Destroy the droplet from the digital ocean dashboard and create a new droplet. While deploying the droplet, it will ask to set the password or access it by ssh key.
Choose the Password
Keep your password somewhere safe on a notepad.
