Can't import library even after installing client

All things are working properly in vscode only this is not working.

can you tell about which O.S. you are using ,if you are using windows then i can help

It’s saying that Client can’t import check network status and try running code again.

yes I am using windows 10

done this but still it tells same even all files are in same place

is current version

i also use windows i have installed anaconda navigator and then boltiot python library, it is working, @ankur_tripathi helped me in doing this.
