No ! This facility is not yet available on Bolt , but you can surely trust BOLT IOT with pre-payments I purchased the training on 1/7/2019 and recieved the KIT in 2 days i.e on 3/7/2019. The online training is activated within 2 minutes of payment completion.
Yes you can, if the Courier company supports it.
I got my kit delivered by Ekart and used card for COD payment.
