Maximum 14 days. But mostly within a week.
They have mentioned in the course module that you will be getting the certificate within 7 working days from the point of submission of the exam via email.

I had already reviewed your project. Your certificate of Online training on IoT and ML was sent to you via Email on Thu 15th Jul 2021 at 3:01 pm.

do we need to submit only the project link or anything else via email? (after giving the exam)
Have you provided the Project link and 2 forum post links in your examination? You need to submit everything during the examination only. There are questions, where you have to paste these links.
You’ll receive a temporary certificate (without evaluation) and then again receive another one after complete evaulation.
