It is not recommended to attempt the test if you have not completed the course or have not built a project/answered questions on forum.boltiot.com. The test can be given only ONE time. You will loose your marks.
Yes, it is compulsory to answer at least two forum questions because they carry 4 marks each and you have to submit the link of questions you’ve answered.
