May i know how to change the connected wifi?
Okay I’d done this. Turn off your previous hotspot then unlink the device from your account. After that again add device as you must have done earlier with the new WiFi and password. Bolt device will save the credentials. And I’ll suggest you to download bolt IoT app on some other mobile and connect your own hotspot to it. As once connected you don’t need to open the app again.

@kichu1756 Turn off your previous hotspot and the green light will be off unlinking your device from the cloud and then repeat the procedure
The above two steps will unlink your device later u can connect it again with different network. I hope you are able to troubleshoot now.
