I am not able to connect with the device.

Is your issue resolved now? Please try again by closing the app and turning off/on your wifi . Also turn off/on the bolt wifi module. Once you reach at the step as provided in the screenshot, select open wifi settings, there you will be able to see the hotspot name with BOLT prefix.
