Controlling servo motors through Bolt IOT

Can we control Servo motors using the bolt cloud or through a python program?
I.E are there any specific libraries/header files on the bolt cloud which can be used to give specific angle rotations on a servo motors like in an arduino?
can you import any bolt libraries in a python script to do so?

in case the above is not possible…is there an option to create our own library files and if so…some info on how to do so…?

You can upload your library files by using twine . You have to make a Pypi account . create it follow the steps as given in the link
