I have the Bolt IoT Module and I don’t want to use the Bolt IoT Cloud now and want to use the module as a normal one for my personal projects. How can I change the firmware of the onboard ESP8266 and use it as a normal Node MCU. I know there exists a Python as well as Arduino API but I dont want to use that.
@kash The Bolt WiFi module does not allow you to change the firmware on the ESP8266 built into it.
And for the Node MCU you will have to write a program for the firmware of the device.
So, there is no way to break out of the Bolt IoT ecosystem?
