Course access code didn't match

I am unable to take my certification test(Iot and ml training) due to invalid course access code. On entering the 30 digit alphanumeric code it is displaying a message " Entry not found". Kindly help me in this regard. I had already mailed it to support@boltiot.com yesterday but no favourable outcome has come yet.
