Course code not active

Good afternoon,

I have received my kit via Cash on Delivery on 5/7/2019,from that date to now 6 days had gone but my course code is not active.Please solve my problem.


I got two days holiday.I want to utilise these days for my IOT and ML training.Please solve my problem

I sent mail to support@boltiot.com but there is no response from them.
I called to 8881197198 but no use.
