Creating an account on the Iot cloud service

I followed the steps to create an account initially. i went to website www.cloud.boltiot.com. i did signup.
I entered the details to register …my query is Can i register through google? because when i entered the mail id(login into bolt cloud) .it shows the error that Email Id is already registered.you have used goggle id for login to bolt cloud.what should i do now?

maybe going to Sign in option and clicking on forgot password could help

Thank you for your information sir but when I click on sign in, it says I’m already registered via Google so later I clicked on forgot password … But when I entered the mail Id it shows invalid.

hi @diviganesh885, initially I too got the same issues. What I did is logged in through google and problem solved. Just do the same :slight_smile:

Yes you can login using your Google email id.
Just make sure that the email id used to login on Bolt IoT Cloud and Bolt App on your mobile is same and you register your bolt device via this id only.
There shouldn’t be any problem after that.
