Device not working

Hi my device has stopped working, when I plug the power the device’s LEDs glows constantly but the device is not working

@tc.bhargav are both the leds glowing or its just the blue one ?

Both LEDs glowing None of the LEDs are blinkng

Firstly try with 3.3v adapter and then try with laptop USB. Try to check the hardware errors. If you can’t rectify the errors then contact bolt management through email.

Tried, but not working

I suggest you to try three to four times before complain. because due to some errors it happends.

Tried many times but still the result is same

If your led is constantly glowing it means it connected to wifi . just put off your wifi or hotspot .

I didn’t even turn on the WiFi device or hotspot
