i dont have the international transaction system in my card,so it may take time to complete the process in bank…So is there any alternative method to continue the course?

Go through the modules, there is an alternative already mentioned in the training.
You can either use the two below things on trial basis, if you are unable to get your account on Digital Ocean:-
