I have been facing the login error for the cloud and I am just getting the timeout problem in both putty and Linux(as I am using Linux instead of Ubuntu).
@yashaswidaram123 I think you’re facing a Connection TimeOut Problem, if it was in PuTTY, it means, PuTTY tried to make connection to your server and it might received no response from the server. This may happen because if the server system did not connected to network or can’t able to make network connection.
Make sure that you have correctly entered the host name or IP address of your server machine.
Try again with correct credentials you still get fail, delete that system and create a new one again.

Possible causes:
1)the network connection PuTTY tried to make to your server received no response at all from server.first check that you have accurately entered the host name or IP ro of your server machine.
2)your router or 3G/4G hotspot is blocking incoming or outgoing traffic
3)your PuTTY setting are incorrect.
4)turn off Antivirus
