@arkaprovasharma02 you can just skip the digital Ocean part. In the training itself, there are 2 alternatives of either using VM Ware or Virtual Box software in your local machine. You can use them

Digital Ocean Server is not mandatory, Use can use a Linux server from either VMware or Virtual Box, both work perfectly fine.
Install Linux on your laptop I am using the same method to do the VPS project because I have also no credit card.
If in case you have a visa card then enable the card for international transactions by contacting the bank because the digital ocean is good for bolt IoT projects. If it is not possible then you may go for an alternative like VMware or Virtual Box.
