i would suggest github since it is very popular and well known too in it industry, you should have account on github for that if you dont know what github is try to find out it will be useful for the future also.
Digital Ocean is a great website for the course but i would suggest you to use virtual box as an alternative to digital ocean as digital ocean has subscription system and later on it may charge you some amount to continue using the website. Just my personal thought being shared here.
is there any restrictions in the number of options you can choose?
