Digital Ocean version is diff

Here, in the digital ocean ubuntu version 18.04 x64 is selected by default, there is no option for selecting 16.04.3 x64. what should I supposed to do?

You can use 18.04 x64 . It works pretty fine.

I prefer using VM Virtual Box instead.
Try its great!

Ubuntu 18.04 is the next distro version. It comes with python3 and other various packages installed.
You can also get a VPS at Amazon aws too.

@1604442 You can use the available version of Ubuntu. It should not matter much.
