As instructed in the video in DigitalOcean droplet,i have done all the steps properly in the website. I created my account and gave my card details aswell and the amount also got deducted and finally when the new page opened after the payment is done , now it says the account is locked.What do i do now?
Check for an email from DigitalOcean. What have they mentioned in there?

I received a mail after i have raised a token in the website and its says TTHE ACCOUNT IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ACTIVATION AFTER THE REVIEW OF THEIR CUSTOMER STAFF. They still did’nt mention any reason that why is it not eligible.

The amount deducted will be reverted back within 7 woking days.
Do check if your account gets unlocked till then. If not, try installing VMWare on your laptop. The setup instructions are mentioned in the topic after Digital Ocean.
