Does using the PayPal payment method debits money ?
OR else does it credits money for signing up DigitalOcean.
I think is initially free but it will debit money after all the bonus gone empty.I prefer u to use virtual box bcoz it is free for life you dont need to add anything and u need not use putty also.
Money is debited from your bank account and money is credited into your DO account when Paypal is used as a payment method.
