Doubt in question of Final Test

In the Final Test, there was a question :-

“What is the minimum output voltage above zero a Bolt Pin can give in PWM mode?”

Ans given is 0.012 V. I cannot understand how this solution came, nor could I find any hints in the tutorial.

If anyone can please explain this it would be really helpful.

Here is the answer you are looking for:

You can give an output anywhere between 0-3.3V on the PWM pins in steps. So (3.3/256) = 0.012 approximately.
