I have followed all the steps regarding bolt setup as specified in the videos. Inspite of doing this, when I open the cloud bolt website on the laptop I am not able to see my device there even when it is online. The bolt wifi module shows both the blue and green leds thus it is connected to the cloud. Why am I not able to see the device on the cloud website on a laptop?
Please check wether you have registered yourself with the same id in both platforms (in website and in mobile application). This problem may be happening because of the wrong authentication problem please check it once. and go through the above link for more detail.
@gaurivp2009 Please update your browser and then try again. If your browser version is old, it may not be compatible with the Cloud.
You can update and use a browser like Chrome or Firefox.
