i am not able to access my digital access account. i have my ip adress received but when i put it in putty, it doesn’t respond.

Try using Termux Application which you can find on Play Store on Android platform.
Termux is an Android terminal emulator and Linux environment application that works directly with no rooting or setup required. A minimal base system is installed automatically, additional packages are available using the APT package manager.
There is no need of creating any account on termux and this application can be used without getting any trouble. You can use it for temporary purpose as it doesn’t have any credential section.
