Error while connecting bold model to cloud

Everytime I’m trying to connect my bolt IOT model to cloud I get this pop up saying it belongs to someone else.
What am I suppose to do?
Do check and reply as soon as possible.

Please send your device id to support@boltiot.com for resolving the issue. The name of the Bolt hotspot is device id.

Hi @vivekbhandariforever ,

I have reset your device. Now change the wifi password of your home network and follow the setup process again(https://docs.boltiot.com/docs/setting-up-the-bolt-wifi-module) to link your device to your account.
