I am having trouble connecting to the bolt device.Both leds are glowing after connecting to the USB cable, green light is glowing without internet connection.

@divengardas654 The Bolt is already linked to your account and has been previously setup. If the WiFi network is in range the next time you power on the Bolt, it will automatically reconnect to it.
